B Jayaram Udupa Founder & Managing Director
Mr. Jayaram founded FlyVi with the vision of developing technology, engineered products, and engineering services. He provides strategic direction for leadership development, technology development, and innovation.
He has 35+ years of experience in R&D, technology development, and manufacturing of airborne systems, embedded systems, PID controllers, data acquisition systems, and automatic test equipment for the Aerospace and Defence Industries.
Mr. Jay earned a B.E. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University.
Anil K Krishnamurthy President & Executive Officer
Mr. Anil is responsible for identifying business opportunities and providing strategic direction for organizational growth and operations in the Aerospace and Defence sector.
Prior to joining FlyVi, Mr. Anil was a Program Manager at Dynamo Aviation Inc., USA, and a Technical Lead at Pratt & Whitney, USA. He has worked in North America and India for more than 30 years in aircraft engines, aircraft interiors, and galley equipment design, manufacturing, and quality certifications.
Mr. Anil earned a B.E. degree in Industrial & Production Engineering from the University of Mysore.
Suresh Kumar B S Director Business Development
Mr. Suresh is a highly accomplished professional with 27+ years of experience in leading and scaling businesses across a variety of industries, including defence, space, public sectors, railways, and automation markets.
He has a proven track record of driving growth, improving efficiency, and maximizing profits. He is a seeker of truth and a philanthropist.
Mr. Suresh earned a B.Sc. degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from Bangalore University.
Satish Reddy Director - Finance
Mr. Satish Reddy is responsible for providing strategic direction for new ventures and overseeing finance and administration. He brings over 30 years of experience in managing complex projects and has played a key role in advancing FlyVi’s contributions to India’s defence programs.
Mr. Satish earned a B.E. degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from the University of Mysore.
Markande R Cheif Operating Officer
A seasoned engineering leader with 28+ years of global experience in engineering services, product development, and operations. He has led large multidisciplinary teams, delivered complex international projects, and built design centres from the ground up. His expertise spans mechanical, electrical, and electronics engineering, supported by strong strategic, operational, and entrepreneurial capabilities.
He holds an M.E. in Tool Engineering (NTTF, Bangalore) and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (UVCE, Bangalore), bringing both deep technical knowledge and proven leadership to drive organisational growth and excellence.
Hithesh Karanth Cheif Technology Officer
Hithesh Karanth is an accomplished Electronics Engineer and Embedded Systems Developer with strong expertise in Debian/Linux-based embedded systems, ARM platforms, IoT gateway development, and industrial automation solutions.
He has extensive experience in developing e-Linux applications using Python, C/C++, and PyQt, along with building sensor-based systems, wireless communication networks, and real-time data acquisition platforms. His technical capabilities include working with ARM-based devices, Industrial Ethernet, Wi-Fi, USB, TCP/UDP communication, and 802.15.4 wireless systems.
Hithesh has played a key role in designing IoT gateways, PRU-based frequency measurement systems, Linux standalone applications, and advanced GUI-based monitoring solutions. He is passionate about creating reliable, scalable, and innovative embedded solutions that seamlessly integrate hardware and software for industrial and commercial application.
Praveen General Manager
Mechanical Engineer with 15+ years of experience, in custom engineered products for Aircraft Galley Appliances. MIL compliant Rugged, Conduction, Forced Air and Liquid Cooled Enclosures for Power Supply, Racks, ATR, VME & VPX systems. Experienced in Manufacturing, Product Qualification & Product life cycle management.
